Acceptance
By creating an account or using the Chrome extension you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vocabison.
The beta
Vocabison is a closed beta: features can change, break or disappear without notice. Access is by invitation and can be withdrawn. There is no paid plan during the beta.
Your account
You are responsible for the email address you use to sign in. Do not share your magic-link emails. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Acceptable use
Use Vocabison to learn from videos you are allowed to watch. Do not try to break the service, scrape it, or use it to generate explanations at a scale that harms other testers.
YouTube and third parties
Vocabison reads captions on youtube.com to help you learn. YouTube’s own terms still apply. We do not claim any right over the videos you watch.
Availability
We run the beta as best we can, with no uptime promise. We may change, pause or stop the service. Material changes to these terms will be posted on this page.
Liability
The beta is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Vocabison is not liable for data loss, missed explanations or anything that goes wrong while you try the product.
