Common questions
- Extension shows “Sign in”: open your account page on this site, then click Connect in the extension popup.
- No captions on a video: YouTube has no usable track for it — the vb button opens the classic overlay instead.
- “Daily limit reached”: the free plan includes 20 explanations a day; the counter resets at midnight UTC.
We never store or log the words you select or the video transcripts — only anonymous counts.
